Dr. Öğr. Üyesi Hüseyin AKŞİT, Gaziosmanpaşa Üniversitesi Fen-Edebiyat Fakültesi mezunudur. Lisans eğitimini tamamladıktan sonra 2008 yılında Gaziosmanpaşa Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Organik Kimya Anabilim Dalı’nda yüksek lisansını, 2018 yılında Çankırı Karatekin Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Organik Kimya Anabilim Dalı’nda doktorasını tamamlamıştır. Akşit’in, SCI indeksli dergilerde yayımlanmış 31 adet araştırma makalesi vardır.
